Paulina Legutko-Kobus, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy at Warsaw School of Economics. Her research works are related to sustainable development, governance, participation, local development. She is an expert in cooperating with local governments. She is a member of the Presidium of the Committee for Spatial Economy and Regional Planning, Polish Academy of Sciences.
Research interests: strategic planning and development programming at the regional and local level, smart city, monitoring development processes and public participation. She is the author of over 60 publications on research issues. She combines her scientific interests with practice as an expert conducting training for local governments and an expert preparing strategic documents (strategies, revitalisation programmes), especially at the local level.
