Joint controllers
The joint controllers of personal data are:
  • SGH Warsaw School of Economics with its seat in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 162, hereinafter referred to as SGH;
  • Association of Graduates of the Foreign Trade Faculty SGH / SGPiS with its seat in Warsaw, Mokotowska 4/6, hereinafter referred to as the "HZ Corporation".

The purposes and legal basis of processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of registration for the conference, maintaining contact with you in connection with this conference and for the purpose of documenting the course of celebrations of the 70th anniversary of founding of International Trade Department and Collegium of World Economy on 9-10 May 2019 (International Conference World Economy 2019 Learning from the Past and Designing the Future and Ceremonial Gala of the 70th anniversary of founding of International Trade Department and Collegium of World Economy) and informing about statutory activity of the joint controllers.
Moreover, we would like to inform you that photos taken during conference may be published on the conference’s website.
The legal basis for processing of personal data is point (e) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR* – necessity for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (fulfilling the mission of the higher education system** and Art. 1 in relation with Art. 2 point 2 and Art. 10 point 1 (3) of Law of Associations*** and statutory tasks of HZ Corporation.
The period for which the personal data will be processed
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of storing of financial and accounting documentation and archiving purposes, not shorter than 5 years.
Voluntary data provision
Providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the purposes mentioned above.
The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
Personal data will not be disclosed to other entities, except for entities authorized by law or processors which process personal data under contract.
Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
Your data will not undergo profiling and no automated decision-making will be conducted based on these data.
The rights of data subject
You have the right to access and rectify your data or restrict the processing thereof.
You have right to object to processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes upon GDPR.
