Promoting both dynamism and inclusion through innovation policy
– the case of big data and machine learning
Abstract: the talk will focus on the problem of designing an inclusive innovation policy at the time of a great technological revolution (digitalization, artificial intelligence and big data). The essential argument deals with the particular feature of general purpose technologies and the way an innovation policy can help to realize the full productivity potential of such generic technologies.
